Warranty
Here's how part warranties work on our site — what's covered, what isn't, and exactly how to file a claim if something goes wrong.
Last updated: July 17, 2026Our Warranty Commitment
We want every part you buy from us to work exactly as it should. If something's defective, we'll help you get it repaired, replaced, or refunded under the warranty terms below.
Manufacturer Warranties
Most parts we list carry a warranty provided by their manufacturer or brand. Coverage period and terms vary by part and manufacturer, and are noted on the product listing at the time of purchase — we'll always make sure you know what's covered before you buy.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use
- Parts that don't match the specifications listed at the time of purchase
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function
- Parts installed by unauthorized or unqualified technicians, where that voids the manufacturer's warranty
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them. We'll review your claim — working with the manufacturer or warranty provider where needed — and get back to you with next steps for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
A warranty claim is different from a standard return. If your part isn't defective but you'd simply like to return or exchange it, that's handled under our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
